So while going back tagging all my postsi realised two things.
1) I obvioulsy dont post that often.
2) I used to stay up a lot later
So to fix 1 I will make a third post in about 36 hours.

As a slack student (yes yes I know), it depends on lectures. I am lazy and like sleep, but I am also a night owl by disposition. During term time I try and sleep 11pm-7:30am, which means I have to be good and not watch crappy tv or surf until past midnight. As for minimum hours of sleep, I can function on 4-5 hours sleep, but I get dozy during the day, and I can't keep that up for more than a couple of days at a time. For everyday use I need 8 hours sleep minimum really.
